Claim payment - Still waiting

I logged a claim online on Saturday 05 Oct 2013. On Monday 07 October I gave Nana all the details to finalise the claim. I received no response until Thursday 10 Oct 2013 when I phoned to enquire about the progress. Nana advised claim finalised and the funds willbe credited to my account within 3 days. I spoke to her yesterday to advise her that the money was not in my account and that the cellphone was not removed from my policy. She advised that the money will be in today the latest. Hello!!! No money in my account. She promised to call me back yesterday regarding my policy... I AM STILL WAITING...
IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE WHO CAN ASSIST ASAP AND NOT MAKE EMPTY PROMISES. My policy no is 828176103
