Premium increase unreasonably and errors

I joined myway in 2012 and i have been correcting mistakes and getting my policy changed alot of times, lately in late november 2012, i recieved an email saying my premium is increasing and the licence code entered nd date of issue were wrong, the new premium was deducted before the date, 2ndly my premium was increased from 1779 to 1990 without my consent when i tried to change the licence issue date.
the lkadi i spooke to before Godfrey said she will get back to me but she didnt until i called and spoke to Godfrey.
my emails also go unnoticed nd i have to hold the phone for hours*
