I was billed for R3500 - via Debit order - post December holidays, when i only had two decoders active - total bill should have been closer to R1300 give or take connection charges etc.
I phoned in on the 6 jan - spoke to Xolile in call Center- he promised someone from accounts office will call me - NOTHING
- 13/01 - spoke to Kanjisile on13/01 - asked that team leader phone me - NOTHING
- 16/01 - spoke to Lindelani - 38 mins on the phone - a team leader who committed to run with whole complaint and get sorted. Also spoke to another team leader -( team leader). To this day nothing!!
In spite of my request to handle this as a formal complaint - asked for complaints officer to phone me i get not response. Multichoice is an anonymous organisation - no one takes accountability to get things sorted.!!
