A cheque deposit not reflecting on my acc

A cheq deposit was made for R3308.32 on 4 Oct on moy acc 62258609878 pls ask them to look at my account there is no deposit and they must email mee statement showing the deposit pls even though I know its gonna be uncleared why not showing on my account they sent me copy of deposit slip but no deposit in my account and they must use my blackberry email [Email Removed] pls
