Failing to reverse SLOW Lounge charges

I am sorely disaapointed with the service I have been receiving from FNB these last few weeks.

I have been the one person who has been singing the bank's praises on social networks ever since I switched to them in March from Standard Bank. I'm starting to wonder whether I made the right decision.

Firstly, their Westgate (446) Branch Manager by the name of Bernita was ABSOLUTELY rude to me over the phone. I tweeted the incident, and @RbJacobs tried to do his level best to assist- but the damage had already been done. I requested a letter confirming my account with them, and this Bernita woman barked at me and told me she will not do that- I need to come to the branch.
This was after I expressed my dissatisfaction that I had sent a mail with this request at 9.30am, it was already 14.30pm and I had not heard anything from that branch.

Secondly, I made use of the SLOW Lounge at OR Tambo (which they advertise is free for all Platinum Account holders) which Ive never paid for as my account meets all the set out criteria. Upon my return to Johannesburg, I found that they had debited my account for SLOW Lounge access- this still has not been rectified. a WEEK later!
