I contacted Standard Bank Card on 16/1/2014 to query unauthorised debits by SANRAL on my credit card. They could not assist in stopping the un-authorised transactions and I requested that they stop the card and issue a new one at a cost of R110. According to them this was the way to go! The NEW card was collected on 24/1/2014 from SBSA Lynnwood Ridge. New Card, New card nr, however the un-authorised debits by SANRAL is continuing on 27/1/2014. How is this possible that they have access to my new card? Can someone please contact me to end this 23 year relationship and close my mastercard, current account and notice investment of over R1m urgently as I cannot afford this anymore.
