Poor service FNB

I applied for a new account with FNB online on the 8th of October. I waited 3 days before sending an email off asking why they have not replied or provided me with further info in regards with card delivery etc. I get a bland response:

"Please be advised that we need a signed instruction with ID copy in order for a confirmation letter to be sent. "

No where in the online application was this conveyed to me. None the less I reply asking again, why was I not informed that they required the info. The old email just as is gets forwarded to men again and none of my actual questions get answered and I am still left in the dark as to how to just get an account with them. This is pathetic. Why on earth does it take 5 days just to get an answer from FNB and why the does no one phone me or at least reply to my mails promptly in order to reduce my absolute outrage with a bank who prides themselves on so called good service. Let me teach you something about service. New service request should never take longer than 2 days, let alone 5 days and I am sure that it wont get resolved today! Get your act together FNB
