55days for access to my SURPLUS home loan funds

12 of March my application was submitted via email, only to find out two days later after I called in to do a follow up, that they dont accept emails and that is has to be faxed, to a fax to email number might I add

I then called in again to confirm that it has been received, yes it was. I was informed that someone will call me in the near future. A few days later someone calls me and asks me a few questions and informs me that someone will be incontact with me. No one calls me so 2 week goes by and I call in to follow up and expecting that all should be in order or close to being in order

Only to find out that the process has been cancelled. Why was it cancelled I asked and the reply was that they tried calling me and to request a policy schedule and seeing that they could not get hold of me the process was cancelled. I asked for info on the person who "called me" and when and why did they not leave a message or send me an email? They had nothing to say but they opened the request again with further SLA's and request to increase my home insurance and documentations to be submitted, each with SLA's. 55 days later I was informed to go to my bank and link my account, Pathetic
