You require forms to be filled out, Certified bank statements, certified proof of address, certified ID and then you want me to POST this to you. You think I have time for this?
I called the call center and I asked what happens if my wife does not have a bank account, the lady says she must go open one!
Why do you have so many hudles to jump over just to get something so simple done?
Please advise on an easier way to get this simple task accomplished, I know "OLD" is in your name but please embrace technology, this is not the 80's.
