I submitted documents to these attorneys in Feb - In March I had heard nothing back. I called them to follow up. Apparently the person who was dealing with the case had left and so no one had bothered to take ownership (I see on this site that other people have experienced the same problem). I had to call each week to follow up and each week I was told something different. This went on until I asked for evidence of the process being underway and was then told - there was none... So whether anything had actually happened is very unlikely! I then sent a long trail of emails that I had to follow up and the phone calls that I had made, I have probably spent at least 6 hours on the phone and even more time on emails with these attorneys. I called to follow up on a charge and was told someone would call me back..I got no call and when I emailed for feed-back - the person I had spoken to said she had not said anyone would call me??? When I spoke to her again she remembered the conversation??? Also, telling me that the person who had initially dealt with my case was fired not resigned - VERY PROFESSIONAL! There is no ownership, no competence and no customer service whatsoever!
