I will keep my complaint brief
I have been trying to become a member of Bonitas for over a month now with no luck. Each time I phone they find something new wrong with my application, which is NOT the case!
I even send an e-mail to one of the CEO's explaining my frustration. He told me that a senior person would contact me soon which did happen. This person told me that they would re-send my full application to the relevent department last week and wednesday and that I sould have final confirmation latest friday. This did not happen! All I want is to become a member but I find the people at the call centre to be very arrogant and not very much helpful. I think this is becomming a personal issue now and I am not satisfied with their customer service nor feedback as everybody gives me different feedback every time!
Time is seriously running out now with the festive season as I would like to become a member effective 1 January 2014.
Would you be able to assist me regarding this matter as I was told by a friend today to contact you?
