I had a huge accident, Ashraf was on the line with me from when the Police arrived to the Towing of the Vehicle.
He answered all my silly questions (you get a bit silly when you are in an accident)
He advised me what to do and what information to collect from the police.
Wait for it... he even called me the next day to check up on me wait for it again he called me the following day to tell me how my prized possession was doing at the assessment centre. Although there was a delay at the assessment centre my nerves and temper way subsided because Captain Awesome Salie wsa giving me regular updates.
I am a happy Camper...
