I called insurance on Oct 30 to report my car accident. I explained everything and was still a little shaken up from the accident and Ashraf had a calm attitude and reassured me that everything is fine and that he would take care of everything, such as locating my car from the towing company.
He followed up with me a few days later that my car was collected and was being assessed.
Overall, he was great. I have no complaints at all.
