I was involved in an accident on Sunday and my car had to be towed. I planned to phone my insurance early Monday morning, however, great was my surprise when one of their consultants phoned me, whilst I was still looking for the claims department's nr. The consultant, Ashraf Salie, was very friendly, understanding and displayed a lot of customer centricity. He also gave me regular feedback, before I even expected to get any. What great service!
