Dear Sir
In February this year, I applied to have the life cover on my current life policy with Discovery Life, increased. I duly completed all the application forms and went for all the medical tests which were requested. Since then, they have gone completely quiet on me. I have phoned numerous times, and every time was told that they would get back to me. I have e-mailed them numerous times, which was simply ignored by them. I am at my wits' ends as to how to get them to respond to my application.
