Debit on the wrong date

Hi, on 25 Septermber 2013 I informed the insurance that I have changed residential address and they told me they are going to inform as to what changes will take effect due to changes in address.

on 04 October 2013, an amount of R940 was deducted from my account without informing me and I had a zero balance and subsequently the amount was taken from overdraft. My debit run on the 15th of every month and I was surprised by the deduction. I called them and sent them a lot of emails and at first they said its due to changes and that my insurance has decreased to R940. I acknowledged that and asked them to reverse the amount and deduct in on the 15th as per contract. Seeing that nothing was happening I called again and they told me that the deduction was legitimate and its not a decrease of a premium because they said on the 15th they going to deduct only the difference of R137. Still I didn't complain but I asked the to reverse the amount with the interest that I am going to be charged by the bank. They sent me an apology and promised to reverse the amount which even today they haven't reversed it. I send them emails everyday and they give me a silent treatment.
