Incorrect Debits

I have recently taken up an insurance contract with Alexander Forbes, this contract was effective as of the 15th of February and my first debit order was set for the 26th of that month for R1363.63 apportioned from the 15th and the full amount of R1363.63 for the following month, however that was not the case, I was debited an amount of R4085.00 which no one could explain and I was advised to reverse this amount at a R70 charge to me, the sales consultants advised me to do a manual payment for the correct amount which I had to calculate for them of R2081.05 which they also agreed to as correct and now this month I was debit another ridiculous amount of R2286.00 instead of the agreed upon amount of R1363.63. I am tired of sending them complaint emails querying this issue, because clearly I'll be debited a different amount month to month. I need this sorted out or be refunded all my money and go elsewhere.
