Outsurance
Promise not fulfilled

I contacted Outsaurance with the intention of insuaring my two cars with them. At that stage I had already insured them with Absa idirect but thought I might get a better deal with them. After telephone quotes given to me by Ms Koopmans I wasasked me to send my existing insurance copy for scrutiny as the amount qouted was higher than Absa idirect. After confirming that tne deal I got with Absa was reasonable & couldnt bd beaten, I was promisedR400 which they promise! if they cannot beat the quote, but have not received after several communication with Mr Molelema, who also confirmed I qualify togetherwith others I talked to
