Very unhappy need assistance & the ombudsman's no

In feb this year I was introduced to the Absa Law for you policy that covers one for legal assistance by one of the branch consultants and I took it, at first I took out the core one and then in April or may I upgraded to the R80 one that covers me for R100 000 per annum with a 1 month period, I then went to them and asked if they can assist me with a protection order as my husband was hurrassing me but they said no, fine I paid for my own lawyer as I didnt qualify for legal aid... then in june I went back to them as I was actually seeking advice about filling for divorce as I am married with an antinuptul contract, they asked me to send them my contract of which I did, om my these people are so incompetent, I called them 100 times tryina get feed back, the person working on my request took forever to get back to me, left a couple of messages sending emails etc, until eventually she came back to me and said alright we can assist you, they made me sign form and then the case dragged from june until september when she asked for my husband's contact details, i thought alright atleast something is happening, then someone from there called me last week and said my request was declined.
