Unfair and Bad Customer Service

When we went through the divorce my ex husband forfeited the house, I want to cancel a policy of which they said my husband had to come and sign to agree that he's authorising and send his ID copy, we both went and signed the forms and gave the ID copies as per request, now when I went to check if they had processed the cancellation, they said there were ID copies missing, when I went to the person that was assisting me he said he had emailed everything, I also received a call from a very rude white lady who told me that this is a lot of money and my husband needs to know about this, I then explained to her that we are divorced but he had signed the required forms to give me authorisation, he also sent in his ID Copy which I believe is what they wanted but now they are not willing to help, every time I call there's something missing, once I call the person assisting me they will say they have the documents, when I go back I get another different story, now this is frustrating and hurting because they once deposited money into my ex husband's account and said I had authorised that, he never had the challenges I'm experiencing, I am the one that is paying for this house, always has.
