ABSA Credit Card Dep, No response on investigation

On the 30.08.2013, I when to N1 City Absa Bank branch where I asked for a print out of my Credit Card Statement, lately before that on the 12.08.2013, a website called [URL Removed] debit me R29.88 service or good I am not aware of, but any way on that statement, on the 29.08.2013 the same website was or put in AGAIN a DEBIT that was due to go off my account, I normally don't buy things on the Internet, I ask to speak to someone in the credit card division for help, I spoke to a lady called Nicole, she gave me a ref: QUFOLIHMKK for my investigation on this website trying to get rich from me, AND I ask Nicole to SPOT the Current debit that was due for R269.00, ABSA bank must investigate this website and put a stop to the debit on my acc., for what ever reason another debit when off on my acc. on the 16.09.2013 for R255.46 from the same website, NOW my QUESTION IS WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE INVESTIGATION, HOW COME THIS WEBSITE IS STILL DEBITING ME WHILE I ASKED ABSA BANK TO STOP THIS WEBSITE FROM DEBITING ME. NO ONE FROM THE BANK CALLED ME TO TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON? If your service is so poor, then I don't have a choice but to change to another BANK like FNB.
