Very bad standerd bank service

I went on wednesday to the north gate branch to revirse a transaction, the lady gave me a paper to sign, and promised me that me money will be returned to my account, the Sunday I called the call centre and a gentle man told me that no action wad taken on my account, and that my money will be in my acc within 72 hours, its now 5 days later and still nothing, this is not the wau to help a custome
