So I decided to go over to FNB for one of the reasons that I can get a device. In short. After all the calls and emails to submit my docs it has been nearly a month that I still have not received my device. I kept my end of the bargain but what about yours FNB!!! Now my account in on hard lock after I did report to the branch for them to remove but still no luck. Should I still proceed to stay with FNB is my question? What will My experience be going forward? Maybe I should end it before it's too late. I don't know FNB you tell me!
