DONT BE FOOLED, they want to lock you to stay!

I was with these people for years and have decided to move my accounts after they to protect their staff member who gave me wrong info (claiming the call was never recorded, which bank does that?). I now want to pay up my device but I am told that it will be a different figure from the one I see on their system, they offer people a chance to get the device BUT they know that they are instead, trying to lock people to remain with them for at least 2 years. shame on your, you will be exposed! I am disgusted and cant trust people like you with my finances, no integrity whatsoever! it is now at least two weeks since I was promised feedback by someone who confirmed that ALL calls are recorded to protect the clients but nothing so far, when I called I was told that an email was sent to me, which I am yet to receive by the way.
