Still no response :((

Few months ago I was overseas, when I tried withdrawing twice, the atm declined it! when I checked online fnb had taken out the money twice!! and I made calls upon calls! they said I mus stil fill out they will email!
The only paper ill fill out is with the ombudsman! coz they still have not emailed me back!! the lady I spoke to assured me ill get my money back n its now 3months!!
