Complaint and Disappointment

Oneplan had taken money off my banking account and I had spoken to Thabang who is the supervisor there. he assured me that they would return the money into my account after he would send me a form to fill out. To date I have not received theform or my money. I have emailed, called on numerous occassions and still no one has returned my emails or calls. I am furious at the bad service they have shown towards me. And I would like my money back immediately.
