Poor Customer Service

On numerous occasions i have asked the Absa branch in Ballito to change my savings account to a money builder account. I have firstly met with a personal banker and she said to only give her a call to change the above and so i did and nothing seemed to be have done. Last week (Friday) i went in to the bank i asked again for my personal banker and she was not available i then explained what needed to be done and the receptionist assured me that my personal banker will call me on Monday morning first thing and that i do not need to come in for this. It is Thursday now and still not a word or phone call... Maybe it is time to switch banks...
