I went to the bank city branch 3months back to downgrade my account, signed everything and was advised it would be done in no less than a week. I have since been there in Friday and to my dismay, no changes were done, including the change of my email address, as such I didn't receieve statements and paid more on service fees. I need a full refund and confirmation that this has been done.
FNB insurance, I need Mina removed as my broker urgently, she has been nothing but incompetent, I still haven't received my stickers over close to 2yrs now. I changed my email address but they kept sending a mail to the incorrect address stating that my premium will increase by 21%, I only found out when I called in.
