Lack of Service

I applied for a Personal Loan at the Randburg branch (main street). The service consultant said it was approved and that the money will be paid in my acc before the end of the day. I have now received an sms stating i must send my contract documents to 0860 102 601. i do not understand why i need to do this as they shoudl call the branch for doc as they gave me a copy. they must liase with the branch not the customer. i am frustrated as i need the loan for an emergency and fnb is messing around with . i am the customer, the branch, head office must get docs from each other not me, i have a copy only not the original, . this is pathetic really :( AS a customer of fnb for 5 years i will now change to the blue bank.. where is the service that steve promotes on the radio adverts
