Bad Service & Unwillingness to Help

I opened an account with FNB online and it was approved immediately. As I had been aware of the conditions and whole KYC (Know Your Client) thing; I decided to visit the branch, first South Gate and then Main Street JHB; both which could not find any of my documents in their systems, basically I was a ghost customer. I had been FNB client for years and had submitted my details to the FNB Main Street HJB branch. Frustrated I was forced to give the details again for my new account to be activated. Now after days; my account is still not activated and I want to use it. I am told that I did not submit the documents of which I have assured them that I need and even gave the name of the guy at FNB main Street (Themba Mncube) and his supervisor with the Surname Sagegee (not sure of the Name). Now I can't use my account and I am not willing to go back to the branch gain because I have not been getting any help. I am really frustrated that now I do not even have the bank account to have my salary paid into and have all these debt orders that are gonna run but rejected because the account is active. I do not know what to do.
