3 Months Later, Still No Watch

After numerous attempts to get my watch back and go to Fossil Sandton Branch, my watch was not fixed properly due to the style being discontinued. The factory failed to inform me of the discountinued style and fixed my watch irregardless without my consent.

I fail to understand why I need to follow up on my queries when there are people who have been employed to deal with this. Th level of service is horrific that I continue getting.

I have been offered to trade in my watch and get 50% off (which is not even the future value of my watch to date), Unfortunately my watch holds centimental value and therefore I am not willing to trade it in.
