My vehicle was in an accident on the 29 November and it was written off by my insurance. My insurance have been trying to get the paperwork done and can't pay me out so I can purchase a replacement vehicle till Standard Bank have communicated with them and given them the settlement paperwork.By the 17 December my insurance was still trying to get a response from Standard Bank. In the meantime I have to hire a vehicle and it is costing me R400 a day. I did lodge a complaint on the Standard Bank website and I got a auto reply that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. It never happened!
Today is the 23 of December and I am still struggling to get service out of Standard Bank. My vehicle renting costs is now running into the thousands!!!
