I had an outstanding reward which did not come in time. I sent a mail to Ms Queen Mngomezulu who always takes the interest of clients at heart, and my problem was resolved within few hours. At one stage I wanted to quit MiWay, but Ms Mngomezulu advised me rather than convincing me. I wish all consultants were like her.
