I took a car policy for my wife's car, I was told I had roadside assistance on the policy. We needed help and suddenly we didnt have the benefit on the policy. I then requested that it be added and was told it was added at an extra cost which I was happy to pay. We did not receive the origional policy wording for the initial policy, we were only sent the updated version which states that we have the benefit. Again we needed help and everytime we need it we are told that we do not have the benefit. I am paying extra for this everymonth and yet I can't use it. I have called numerously and even spoke to manager's who promised to call back back and even today, i'm still waiting. I have just called their call center now and still I do not have the benefit. Bugdet is really screwing me around. I do not want their policy and I want my money back!!!
