Im not happy that i could not send money via moneygram because 1. I must have a permit, 2.i must have a contract that says 'permanently employed' i tried to convince the tellers that for the past 14 months my salary has been deposited to my standard bank acc, but they insisted that my contract is silent on whether i am temporary or permanent. It would have been nice if MY BANK could help me in this time of need. I have sent money via standard bank before. And i feel its nothing but pure to not allow me to send money simply because my contract is silent on whether i am permanent. At the same time they can verify that they can see my salary on my account
