I'm commending the KING, on settling my claim very quickly and efficiently. I was involved in an accident and it took them 8 days to validate and authorise my claim. I expected the process to have taken longer than normal. I only called the department twice within the period to get feedback no unnecessary delays or excuses.
This is truly exemplary service for a new KING on the block.
