Premiere Banking, what premiere banking?

The quality of FNBs premiere banking service is appalling. Called in yesterday to find out why I am not getting my credits from the online share trading account. Was promised a call back which never happened. Lady was unfriendly and seemed to be to busy to deal with my query. Felt like i was bothering her.

Tried to call Premiere banking service three times again yesterday. Phone rings and rings nobody picks up.

FNB loves to brag with their products but whats behind is often substandard.
