So this morning I recieve an SMS on my phone "Congrats! You & a partner are going to the premiere of Man of Steel tonight and The Zone in Rosebank at 18:30. Pls show this SMS at the door" Later I recieve an SMS confirming "Time to take flight! Nokia & Vodacom look forward to c u & partner at the Man of Steel premiere. Dress code formal black & red 18:30 @The Zone" I even triple confirmed it on their facebook page that I was indeed a winner. So quickly organise a babysitter for our 2 month old baby, rush through with the wife to make it there by 17:45. When they start confirming tickets my name isn't on the list and we must wait. Queue gets horribly long, and eventually they come to us, sorry they over booked and we aren't allowed in. Nice! So we may or may not be given tickets to another movie, do they not understand that this is the premiere to one of the most anticipated movies of the year, nothing you give can make up for stuffing this up for me and my wife. Absolutely poor planning Nokia. Really really off and disapointed.
