SHOCKING SERVICE FROM "PREMIERE BANKING"

IN DECEMBER I UPGRADED MY CREDIT CARD TO PLATINUM THEY OFFERED ME A CREDIT LIMIT I DECLINED AND REQUESTED A LOWER ONE AS I DO NOT NEED THAT MUCH CREDIT.

NOW THEY HAVE GIVIN ME A SMALLER LIMIT THAT I REQUESTED ONLY TO FIND OUT I APPERENTLY NEEDED TO SEND THEM ID'S AND PAYSLIPS AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE (I'M ON THE PHONE WITH THEM AS I AM TYPING THIS 26 MIN AND I HAVE SO FAR NOT SPOKEN TO A SOUL AS THEY KEEP PASING THE BUCK)

THE SO CALLED PREMIERE BANKING, ON THE PHONE FOR AND THEY KEEP PUTTING ME THROUGH TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GET TRANSFERRED FROM ONE BANKER TO THE OTHER I GET ASKED 300 SECURITY QUESTIONS AND THEY WASTE MY TIME.

I HAVE BEEN PONDERING MOVING MY ACCOUNTS FOR A WHILE NOW AND NOW I AM SURE.

ITS NOW 29 MIN NO RESPONSE YET.

30 MIN ON MY CELL TRYING TO GET HOLD OF SOMEONE IN FNB "PREMIERE BANKING'

31 MIN...

33 MIN NOW I HAVE PUT DOWN THE PONE AND IM GOING TO STANDARD BANK!!!
