You know I can handle bad service, but I can't take it when organisations can't give service at all! Am so sick!!! Just another incident of your system failing us, now one have to suffer consequences. I mean do you give options which when we use, and something goes wrong with it you can't take responsibility? R1000 was taken from my account in 2008, I queried it and someone promised will get back to me, to date!!!? Now 5years later, I withdraw money (R3000) from a supposedly alternative ATM (Standbank), the money is not dispensed from the machine, I report the matter and guess what?! Just another one of those lines "We have logged your query for investigation". Story of my life!! I know this is probably gonna take forever too. You guys better get your acts together!!! I mean why do I need to call#0860102043 if I won't get assistance in making a call when I get SMS saying I have to call it?! To tell you I got the money, and thank you? My advise, close that call centre because its pretty much useless!!! You GUYS ARE SUCH A JOKE!!!
