I decided to settle my loan early so called creditcart got my settlement figure, eft'd the money and sent proof of payment asking for a final statement in due course to reflect the account closure. I got a reply stating payment reflects 24-48 hrs nothing more. I have just received my normal e-statement showing the account open and no settlement payment. Very disappointed.
