I registered with Credit cart for a R6999.00 micro loan. Their first statement claimed that I owed them R1890.13 initiation fee and admin fees, which they charged me upfront. Even though I paid off the loan early, I still had to pay the fees for the full term. After making a final payment to clear the loan earlier this week, they still have not acknowledged that I paid off the loan. I requested them to do so via email, and no response.

Also, even though I only gave my contact details, they tracked down my wife's contact details illegally and phoned her, and then to her about how they received her details saying they received them from me (which I did not do, they did not phone me on the number I provided).

All this has lead me to realize, that services like creditcart are dishonest. And I can assure you I will never use creditcart for financing a micro loan every again. I just hope this report saves other people from suffering the same fate as me.
