Entered into Loan - Retailer yet to be paid

22.01.2013 Ordered goods on [URL Removed] created "Creditcart" account, was then sent a mail at 14:48 confirming the order by Takealot. I received a "approval of your loan" mail from Creditcartat 14:56, attached was the agreement which serves as loan initiation. "Takealot aOrder Status read "Payment Status: Payment Received (Tuesday 22nd of January 2013 02:56:10 PM) I then called Takealot asking if I could collect the order as it was "Ready to Ship".
They informed me that Creditcart had NOT made payment. I called Creditcart at 15:30 who then informed me that there was some error with the payment, but it was "set to retry the transfer" and would probably happen in the next 30mins and reflect in the next 24hours. 23.01.2013 Still no payment made to Takealot, called Creditcart, lady on the phone told me it appears someone needs to "call me to confirm banking details" even though aldetails on LOAN AGREEMENT were correct. 24.01.2013 Still no call from Direct Axis, to "confirm banking details" although they have entered me into a loan agreement.
This is disgusting, and I feel conned, 50 hours later, bound to a loan, but no sign of getting goods promised in return...
