I went to Clearwater today with my elderly mom and agreed to pay R5000 into her Standard bank account which i needed to get from FNB, we would then get coffee and some shopping. I went to the tellers and asked what was my daily daily cash withdraw from the ATM, Gloria could not and would not assist- could not be bothered, she then drew R3500 from my account and refused to give me the money, with my pin, my ID, Photo in ID looks like me, my cell phone - would not give me my money. I had to walk to the other side of the mall to be assisted to increase my limit form R3000 to R3500, no coffee no shopping- why employ these pigs??? so many people needs jobs... she could have made a phone call but no rather make a customer suffer- who would draw money from my account knowing my pin number, with my id and my cell phone who looks like me-- stupid - could have assisted me
