So much for a confirmed booking

Had an apointment with their team and they confirmed on tuesday an appointment for the 9th at 14:15, 3 emails were send confirming the team and i had to make arrangement for someone to be at home and all that but guess what no one arrived and no one phoned me i phoned the call centre at around 15:30 i was put on hold for 6 minutes and the consultant said she was checking feedback and never came back to inform me why the delay. Now im clueless on what will happen whether i must arrange and inconvienance someone again to wait for them i really dont know. i phoned the callcentre 3 times and the head office number at 15:45 and no one picked up
