On the 09-10-13 I was at Old Mutual Vaal Mall. The reception lady was so rude that I asked for Superviser who turn to be worst. I ended up surrendering all my Policies with Old Mutual. The Reception lady Vuyelwa and her Superviser Charlene made me hate Old Mutual
