I applied online for a plus plan account. I was called this morning by a consultant to guide me through the process. I made it clear that I wanted a TRANSACTIONAL account and that I wanted to register for internet banking. I waited patiently at your Westgate branch for over an hour to collect my card and deposit cash. Later I tried to purchase on the card - DECLINED! Once again I had to get hold of a consultant who advised me that this is a Sure Save account and that I cannot touch my money. I was told to go to a branch to rectify this. I want to state categorically that I will NOT do that! I expect someone to sort this out immediately - what is the use of a card that you cannot use? Contact me URGENTLY!
