23 Working Days / 34Days and Payout still pending.
I think by now at least we should have exact dates of payouts.
SUGGESTION:
I would suggest that you deal with old applications/backlog before you even allow online/call centres/branches to continue with new applications as they will also forever wait.
If you are experiencing backlog then why are new applications still processed while the backlog is not yet sorted?
Is this not creating a Pyramid of backlogs and even more complaints that are unneccessary for future business and client service.
