Well i recently placed a complaint about bridge loans not paying my loan..Well its now a month gone and still havnt received my money. Its a mere R800 which i am waiting for now for a month..The excuses are the same, backlog, cant give you an exact date, sorry about that..thats the excuses i get from them. I have been reading alot of other complaints about Bridge loans and looks like all the excuses are the same. I read a complaint posted in January this year and you Guessed it the excuse was due to backlogs peoples payouts are delayed. The reason why people apply for a loan its because its urgent. How the can you make people wait for 1 month and more. Its time Carte Blanche get hold of this story, a long lovely letter has already been sent to carte blanche. And please dont call me if you going to tell me its because of backlog and we cant give you an exact date..Call me with positive news. I bet there is many people who regret using your services. You guys should explain at the beginning that it takes 12 months to pay out you know what i mean.. Geez 1 month and counting now thats pathetic...
