I applied for a topup loan on the 23rd of September. Once a week I requested feedback, and got that there is a 3 week backlog. He even suggested I apply elsewhere, when I requestded the credit supplier's contact details I was told they don't take calls from clients. The last mail from Scholar Ravhuanswo goes as follows:
Good day
Unfortunately our current backlog is still in place and we can't give a definite payout date. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience and we won't stop working on the problem.
Should you however not be able to wait any longer, you are welcome to cancel your loan with us and apply for a loan elsewhere.
